Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free items provided with the product must also be returned.

A valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personal care products, hygiene-related items, or opened cosmetics.

Downloadable software, digital goods, or subscription-based services.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Clearance or promotional sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

In case of rejected returns (items damaged, used, or missing parts), the product will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Exchange Policy

We only replace products if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrect.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the issue.
Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong product, EmiratesTechZone will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
